    Enjoyable experience there. The hotel is clean, nestled in the very good building with highly courteous stuff. Downtown area, central location really close to downtown Montreal, restaurant, the activities, dining and exploration.

    A stunningly beautiful and gorgeous hotel, we had a such great stay. The rooms were extremely spacious and stunning with slippers as an added touch and all facilities, for instance.

    This hotel is an absolute gem! My room was a Beautiful Room with a King Bed and a private terrace, offering amazing views of the city and the fine Christ Church Cathedral. The ambiance was relaxing, and I adored every moment spent lounging on the terrace with drinks while soaking in the last rays of summer sun.

    Staying at this hotel with my grandson was very nice! We loved visiting the Place des Arts for some amazing shows after enjoying the hotel's charming bar and attentive service. The room was beautifully designed and perfect for our family.

    We visited the Place des Arts and enjoyed some fantastic shows. The location is great, just a short walk to everything. Our room was beautifully decorated and super comfy. Definitely recommend for a fun getaway!

    The only downside was that the shower handle was awkwardly placed, and I ended up getting wet trying to figure it out. Just a little annoying, but it didn't ruin our trip.

    The historical architecture of Hotel Birks amazed me. The restored ceilings and marble accents created a fine atmosphere. My room felt spacious and cozy. The king-size bed offered very nice comfort. I appreciated the quietness of the room. I slept soundly every night. Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh pastries and excellent coffee. I encountered some issues that need addressing. The seating options in the lobby were limited and not very comfortable. It would have been nice to have more places to relax. The curtains in my room were tricky to close, which affected my privacy at times. Lastly, I noticed the staff seemed unprepared for a water main issue , causing some inconvenience.
